I wanted to share with you some images and memories of the 6th grade's recent trip to the Copán Ruinas...
We left early on Wednesday morning and came back late afternoon on Saturday. While we were there we visited the Mayan Ruins,
the Macaw Mountain bird park,
and the Casa K'inich Museum:
Along the way we ate a lot of great food (and played A LOT of Nintendo DS) and went shopping!! We even found our favorite tour guide's souvenir shop in the town!
Not even a flat tire or the long bus ride could dampen our moods...we had a GREAT TIME!!
Thanks to all the 6th graders for being SO GREAT, and for the parents who came with us and those who let their children/significant others come!!KF
