Hey 8th graders:
Here are a few websites I found that really break down the events of the Hundred Years' War nicely (remember, it lasted a hundred years, there was a lot going on!)
http://www.theotherside.co.uk/tm-heritage/background/100yearswar.htm A nice overview, very well laid out and illustrated.
http://www.middle-ages.org.uk/hundred-years-war.htm We have seen this site a lot lately...but it has good info, too
http://ehistory.osu.edu/osu/archive/hundredyearswar.cfm?CFID=10723188&CFTOKEN=19637933&jsessionid=46304e244bac97179e1e134c7a7e3c767252 An excellent and scholarly overview (it even has a list of works cited at the end!!) Has links to an outline, list of rulers, and a nice map.
Use these and any other websites you want to research and write your news broadcast stories. Remember, each person needs to have something to do within the broadcast!
