Hey 8th graders:
Here are the questions from Thursday and Friday's in-class activity. Please have them answered and ready to discuss when you come to class on Tuesday:
1) How did this activity help you to understand the difficulties of being an ancient Egyptian pharaoh?
2) The "Time Will Tell" cards helped some people and hurt others. What sort of random events influence real history? (list at least 2)
3) How did the geography of ancient Egypt influence its farming practices and need for an army?
4) Would you want to have lived in ancient Egypt? Why or why not?
5) Would you rather be a pharaoh or a worker in ancient Egypt? Why?
Don't forget your Egypt packets are ALSO DUE on Tuesday!
